Review all program activities

Check out all of the program activities available to you and decide which ones align best with your personal wellness goals. All activities will fall into one of the following categories: Thrive Physically, Thrive Emotionally or Thrive Financially.

Complete your choice of program activities to earn Tokens

As you complete your chosen program activities, you’ll start to earn Tokens. Some activities will be worth more Tokens than others. You will have several opportunities to earn Tokens throughout the duration of your wellness program.

Earn your program incentive

All employees and spouses enrolled in the medical plan will be grandfathered and will automatically receive the program incentive credit this year.

Once you have achieved at least 25 Tokens, you will earn your incentive based on your enrollment in the health plan as outlined below.

Enrolled Employee-Owners and Enrolled Spouses: Premium Discount
Once you have earned 25 Tokens, you will receive a $50/pay premium discount to be applied to the January 1, 2024 – December 31, 2024 plan year.

Please note if you have an enrolled spouse, BOTH you and the enrolled spouse must earn 25 Tokens each to be eligible for the $50/pay premium discount incentive. If you earn 25 Tokens and your spouse does not (or vice versa), the premium discount will not be awarded.

Non-Enrolled Benefits Eligible Employee-Owners: Gift Card
Once you have earned 25 Tokens, you will earn a $50 gift card that will be distributed before January 1, 2024. More information on distribution of the gift cards will be communicated as we near the end of the program.

Please note that spouses of Employee-Owners who are not enrolled in the health plan are not eligible to participate.

2024 Plan Year Tokens
The time period to earn your tokens for the 2025 plan year will be 1/1/2024 – 8/31/2024.

Deadline for earning Tokens: 8/31/2024

Wellness Reimbursement

Get reimbursed for expenses that contribute to a healthy lifestyle.

To continue to promote the health and wellness of our employees, Oswald is offering their annual Wellness Reimbursement Account benefit program.  To encourage wellness, Oswald Companies will subsidize individual costs associated with any personal wellness pursuits as outlined within this flier.

Reimbursements will be made based on employees’ enrollment in the Medical Benefit Plan as well as their employment status (Full-Time or Part-Time), per the chart below:

Employee Type Eligible Reimbursement
Full-Time Employee-Owner (On Medical Plan)    50% up to $400 (taxable benefit)
Full-Time Employee-Owner (Not on Medical Plan) 100% up to $600 (taxable benefit)
Part-Time Employee-Owner   50% up to $200 (taxable benefit)
Examples of eligible items include:
  • Fitness clubs or gym memberships
  • Supplements
  • Pedometers
  • Acupuncture
  • Massage
  • Weight loss programs
