Your Oswald Benefits
Oswald Companies has adjusted our benefit program renewal date to be on the calendar year, starting with the January 1, 2024 plan year.
You will now have the opportunity to make Open Enrollment elections in late fall every year with a January 1 effective date. This means your benefits will align with the tax year (for HSA/FSA limits), and with the plan limits (deductibles, out-of-pocket maximums), that start over every January 1. We are confident that this update will continue to support our rich and versatile benefit program, while simplifying the details.
Open Enrollment – Coming in November!
Open Enrollment for your 2025 benefit elections will take place in November. Stay tuned for further details. You will have an opportunity to make changes to your current elections for the medical, dental, vision, life insurance, accident, critical illness, Genomic Life and LifeLock coverages as well as the two new benefits offered in 2024, Legal and Pet Insurance through MetLife!
Your elected benefits will be in place for the period of January 1 through December 31, 2025.
