Oswald Companies has adjusted our benefit program renewal date to a January 1 date, starting with the January 1, 2023 plan year. Our employees will now have the opportunity to make a benefit election which aligns with the tax year, and with the various program elements (ex: benefit deductibles, plan maximums), that start over every January 1. We are confident that this update will continue to support our rich and versatile benefit program designed to meet the needs of the many generations within our workforce.
Plan designs
We did take this opportunity to make some enhancements to the benefits program, to include the reduction of wait times between the dental and vision services, a re-occurrence benefit for the Critical Illness program and others. Oswald Companies will continue to provide medical plan premium incentives for your participation in our OswaldThrives Wellness Program. Please continue to accrue points, as the discount offering for the following plan year (2024) will take into consideration individual program participation for the time period of 4/1/22 – 8/31/23.
